She heads to Cushendun beach, where she gives two young fiddle players tips on how to barbecue the perfect pork shoulder, served up in a soordook (buttermilk) bap with pickled celery and apple mayo. Paula returns to the kitchen to make a delicious baked apple pudding with apple ice cream and a cider and caramel sauce.
