Policing Minister Chris Philp: 鈥楶eople should not have to suffer'
Minister for Policing, Chris Philp, spoke to 5 Live Breakfast鈥檚 Rachel Burden about the issue of anti-social behaviour (ASB).
He said a multi-agency response is needed, but that the police should respond by 鈥渁rresting and prosecuting鈥 the ASB perpetrators...
Rachel Burden relayed the stress and heartbreak experienced by one 5 Live caller who described it as a 鈥渘ever-ending cycle鈥 saying police intervention had not brought peace or stability to her life.
Chris added: "Local councils and social housing providers have powers to terminate tenancies if someone is committing anti-social behaviour鈥.
