Academy Award-winning actors Anne Hathaway and Jessica Chastain joined Nuala McGovern on ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 4’s Woman’s Hour and spoke about the importance of representation in the film industry.
They told Nuala about the progress being made to support women producing films and creating art about women’s lives.

But, they say there’s still some way to go to ensure women have equal opportunities.
Anne and Jessica were on the programme to discuss their new film, Mothers’ Instinct, a psychological thriller where they play best friends raising sons of the same age in the same neighbourhood in the 60s.
