What exercises can you do to help neck and back pain?

British women are facing a neck pain epidemic, as more are facing long term illness unable to work with debilitating pain. With long travel journeys for lots of Brits this summer, sitting in a car, coach or plane, could mean painful back and neck issues.

Dr Xand explains what we can do to keep our necks and backs healthy. Cook Briony May Williams and Strictly's Neil Jones demonstrate the best simple exercises to try and prevent problems, and we find out why to always get straight to the doctors if you're in pain.
