How to try and overcome trauma with Andrew Jenkins
Up to 70% of people in the UK will experience trauma at some point in their life. But for something so common, it's not talked about nearly enough. It something Andrew Jenkins - star and finalist of the Traitors - wants to change and get people talking about.
Andrew was involved in a life-changing car crash 24 years ago, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. We see him meet one of the doctors who saved him, and hear how Andrew opening up has helped him deal with the trauma. Plus, we find out how, if you're worried about a loved one experiencing it, reassuring them that there's no judgement can help.
