20% of UK bus routes have closed down since 2022 isolating some communities. Gordon Smart joins a volunteer transport service for the day to see how they take passengers to their GP, hospital and other local appointments for free.

He meet the people who say it's not just helped them in a practical sense, they've also gained a friend. Plus he finds out how you can get involved with, or even start, a similar service in your local area.
