How do police auctions work?
Every day, nearly 770 burglaries take place across the UK. While some stolen items are returned to their owners, many remain unclaimed and eventually go up for auction. Presenter Michelle Ackerley visits a Kent police force running its own auction, where she discovers how these items are turned into vital funding for policing, community projects, and crime prevention.
