Disability Information

Information for disabled customers attending this year鈥檚 Radio 2 Live In Hyde Park

Disabled Customers attending this year鈥檚 Radio 2 Live In Hyde Park will be required to apply for access to the on-site disabled customer facilities.

This year we are also offering a 2-for-1 PA/carer ticketing scheme via the same application process. In order to apply for the 2-for-1 scheme you will need to have already purchased a ticket, and if your application is successful you will need to provide the name of your carer prior to the event.

The application is managed and run through our event promoters Festival Republic. We ask for you to apply for access in advance so that we can best gauge the numbers that will be in attendance at the event so that in turn, we can provide the right facilities that work best for our customers. We may not be able to deal with requests which are not arranged in advance.

If you do not require a 2-for-1 PA/carer ticket but do require access to the onsite disabled customer facilities please fill out an application form and select the 鈥淣o鈥 option for the 2-for-1 Ticket.

Along with this application form, we kindly ask that you please support it with current medical documentation to validate your request. We accept this in the forms of;

  • DLA Entitlement Letter 鈥 stating levels awarded
  • Hospital or doctor note 鈥 explaining your situation and need for assistance at the event
  • AFIP or War Disablement Pensions 鈥 stating percentage awarded
