Simon Brodkin is a comedian who is best known for playing a character called Lee Nelson. In his stand-up routine, Lee Nelson tells the audience about his life before asking them questions, replying with responses that reflect his limited world view and antisocial behaviour using teenage slang words.

Lee appeared on Let鈥檚 Dance for Comic Relief in 2011, with his best mate Omelette, . John Bishop described his performance as 鈥渟taggering鈥�. He also appeared on Let's Dance for Sports Relief 2012 as a panellist.

Self-confessed 鈥淪outh London geezer鈥� Lee had his own show on 大象传媒 Three in 2010 - - where he entertained the audience with cheeky banter, tales of mischief-making and all manner of daft games, assisted by his best friend, "fat legend" Omelette. Lee's Nan closes each show by attempting to sing a song from the charts. Lee鈥檚 most popular catchphrase is 鈥淨waliteeee!鈥� The show also features a sketch called 110% Bent about the premiership footballer Jason Bent.

Lee has said that his great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandad is Admiral Nelson, so claims that his family invented multi-car insurance. Lee is currently touring the UK with his latest show.

He has also hosted , sold out his three-times extended Lee Nelson Live tour and has a brand new series, Lee Nelson鈥檚 Well Funny People coming soon to 大象传媒3.

In 2012, at Lee Nelson鈥檚 first DVD signing, the comedian decided to stage a shoplifting stunt where he would steal his own DVD and get chased by an actor dressed as a policeman. However, a real PSCO was at the scene and proceeded to arrest Lee.
