She then became a Lancashire lass while she trained in Manchester and became a consultant anaesthetist at Manchester's Wythenshaw hospital.
But it wasn鈥檛 long before the Aussie lifestyle drew Hilary back to her roots.
Hilary loves the outdoors. She鈥檚 a keen cyclist, hiker and occasional surfer!
