Coronavirus delays US and South Korean military exercises

More strains to normality over response to the global coronavirus emergency.

The United States and South Korea have indefinitely postponed joint military exercises to limit the spread of coronavirus.

Ethiopia's relations with Egypt and Sudan face the strain after Addis officials decide to not take part in final stage talks over a giant dam project which affects access to water all the way down the River Nile.
