Iran has said it will not give black box flight recorders to Boeing or the United States after a Ukraine International Airlines flight crashed shortly after takeoff from Tehran, on Wednesday.

We also go to India where northern parts of the country have been experiencing an unusually severe cold spell this year; and we take a look at Iran's military capabilities, as the US backs down from further military confrontation.
