George Floyd death: Racism and history

Conversation about controversial statues and symbols.

We reflect the conversation around the appropriateness of statues and symbols which depict or celebrate a country鈥檚 history. Anti-racism protests have called for removal of controversial statues.

We will be across the evidence being given today to the US House Judiciary Committee on police brutality. George Floyd's brother Philonise and the Floyd family lawyer Benjamin Crump are expected to testify.

On the coronavirus pandemic, we will heard about the pressure being experienced in Delhi鈥檚 hospitals, as cases increase in India. We have been talking to a doctor in the capital.
