First Charts of 2019
Who will have the first number one of 2019? Plus, an interview with Brits Critics Choice winner Sam Fender, and music from Post Malone, White Lies and Dido.
It's the countdown of the first album and singles charts for 2019. Ava Max ended 2018 with a number one with her very first hit single Sweet But Psycho - can she hang on for a second week? Close behind are the latest by Ariana Grande and Mark Ronson, who has teamed up with Miley Cyrus.
We will also be talking to newcomer Sam Fender, who has recently won the Brits Critics Choice award for 2019, an award that, since 2008, has been won by a number of major future stars, including Adele, Sam Smith and Florence and the Machine.
There is also new music from Post Malone, White Lies and the first new song in 6 years from Dido.
Along with all of the high climbers in both charts, plus a look back at the big sellers of 2018, it's on this week's Top of the Pops with Kim Robson.
