The Sound of 2019

The top five artists touted by music critics and industry experts to look out for in 2019. Plus new tracks from Catfish and the Bottlemen, Calvin Harris and Rag'N'Bone Man.

The 大象传媒's annual poll of music critics and industry figures to find the most promising new music talent, The Sound Of... has since its introduction in 2003, become one of the most important indicators of who to look out for in the world of music. This years Top Five has been announced and on this week's Top Of The Pops we will be revealing them.

There is some exciting new upfront tracks including the latest from Catfish and the Bottlemen and the teaming of Calvin Harris and Rag'N'Bone Man. We also have new entries into the singles chart from Chris Brown and UK rapper Headie One who has teamed up with fellow rapper Dave.

We find out if Ava Max can make it three weeks as the UK's favourite with her global hit song Sweet But Psycho.

Plus, we look at the top five best selling songs and the latest movements in the brand new album chart,
