The classic album Abbey Road celebrates its 50th anniversary and has just been reissued. Producer Giles Martin talks about the new remix
The Beatles classic album Abbey Road is celebrating its 50th anniversary and its just been reissued with a new remix and lots of previously unissued out takes. It also looks like it will be returning to the Number One position for the first time since 1970. We talk to producer Giles Martin who is responsible for the upgrading of this album.
We will also be hearing from American singer-songwriter Beth Hart who after 13 albums is looking at her highest ever chart placing in the UK to date. And we talk to the band Scouting For Girls.
There is music from the latest album by the band Temples and new hit songs from Lewis Capaldi and rap duo D-Block Europe,
Also the chart reign of Ed Sheeran and Stromzy at the top looks like it maybe coming to an end as the international hit Dance Monkey by Tones And ! looks set to repeat its global success in the UK.
