Obtaining Maintenance from Partners Abroad Friday 13 June 2003
Helen has taken her fight to extract child maintenance from her husband to Singapore, where he is now living.

She's been battling for almost two years to get the payments and she's not alone.
So why do women who have been legally granted maintenance in the British courts finding it so difficult to get any money once their partners have left the country.
Helen and David Burrows, Chairman of the Solicitors of Family Law Association join Sheila McClennon to discuss.
