Torture Victims During Pinochet Regime Wednesday 9 July 2003
Patricia Bennett's brother died after being tortured on the Chilean ship Esmeralda. The ship was due to visit Dartmouth this week despite protests from Amnesty. However the visit has now been cancelled.

Amnesty is calling for the prosecution of those involved in torture but is it always right to pursue the perpetrators?
Marie Fitzduff from the University of Ulster and Carla Furstman, an international human rights lawyer with the Redress Trust join Jenni to discuss.
