Elizabeth and Michael Bellinger lost their battle to have her 22 year marriage declared legal.
Elizabeth is currently preparing to take their case to the European Court of Human Rights. They are pinning their hopes on getting cases like theirs recognised in a draft bill to improve the rights of transsexuals.
