Autumn, my favourite month !! The leaves turning gold and red as nature gently goes to sleep. You are very talented and a real credit to island blogging. Look forward to reading more of your unique poems.

i love it over here around the 20-25th october when the grape picking is over then the leaves on the vines,depending on their cepage turn from green,to a deep copper or directly to burnt gold;beautiful!

As you well know, Tennyson's words were in fact (in the revised edition): "She is no better, she is much too tame." Of course, the "she" did not/ could not refer to Chrissie Mary Morrison (I have to take Calum.'s word for this).
