Lucy
Wallace produced this short costume drama, starring John Hurt, while
studying at the Arts Institute, Bournemouth.
Mark
Kermode's review - "It has that complete quality
of the Tale Of The Unexpected. It's a nice little loop set up. You
kind of know where it's going from the very outset and it's boosted
enormously, obviously, by the central performance by John Hurt.
Considering it's a period-set drama, set in that hotel, you've got
the beautiful establishing shots and the interiors are very nicely
designed. It's a very well directed, intimate character piece."

Mike Newell - Bishop Stortford This just edged out "Bitter Sleep" for me and maybe it was because of Hurt, but I also thought it was a nice little film. I'm giving it a 5 and a well done Lucy.
John G (London) Its quite a good film in the sence that it keeps you entertained to the end. I knew what was coming but it was still worth the watch. John Hurt was great too.
RICHARD WINTER I'd say a surprise winner, but well done. I thought it was okay.
Wajih Khan I think John Hurt is a distraction, but it obviously worked, so good luck to Lucy.
