Craig
David popped in for a chat, after being picked up by Aled in the
50 foot 'Saviour of Breakfast Radio' billboard lorry.
Admittedly they did get a bit lost on the way back to the 大象传媒. But
for Craig, it was a welcome return to the 大象传媒 Radio Solent studios:"This
reminds me I of when came down here once a long time ago to record
song to keep racism out of football. The studios haven't changed
a bit in six or seven years."

To
make sure they got some local knowledge, the team was joined by
Radio 1's new Drivetime presenter Scott Mills who is a Southampton
lad. Who better to sort a round of Car Park Catchphrase from the
Red Jet 1 Isle of Wight catamaran?
The team had sampled some of Southampton's finest nightspots - including
Jumpin Jaks at Leisure world or "Wally-world - it's 5 stars!"
according to Chris. Although in a shocking bout of car-snow vandalism,
Scott Mills' name was written in the snow on a car at a local dealers!
However Craig David wasn't that impressed with Chris' night out
in his home town: "He hasn't seen the city yet or what goes
on here. It's hard to be in one place for one night and one day,
and the places he went to aren't about what Southampton's all about.
He needs to spend a week here. Of course, supporting a different
team would help him!"
Also
on the programme was Saints star James Beattie who Chris managed
to catch on the phone on the way to training - on his birthday!
