    Well, another exciting and eventful afternoon in the EFL comes to a close.

    We'll have a rather different set of fixtures on the way next weekend with the first round of the FA Cup.

    Cardiff have now failed to win any of their last 12 away league games in London.

    Goals from Josh Koroma, Pipa and Lewis O'Brien sealed a comfortable win for Huddersfield.

    The Terriers had lost their last two league games before today while Millwall's unbeaten run of six games at the Den comes to an end.

    Wycombe have done it! Their first ever Championship victory!

    David Wheeler's near-post header on the stroke of half-time proved enough, and the Chairboys defended well to restrict Sheffield Wednesday to half-chances.

    Gareth Ainsworth had to watch from home after back surgery on Friday and he'll be a very proud manager.

    Brentford have been a touch inconsistent this term but this was a vintage performance, with Marcus Forss' third putting the icing on the cake.

    Alex Mowatt's long-range wondergoal in the first half is enough for Barnsley, who have won both their games since Valerien Ismael took charge.

    It's a second Championship defeat of the season for Watford, who were relegated from the Premier League last season.
