Pirates boss Chris Stirling delighted at B&I Cup win

Cornish Pirates boss Chris Stirling is delighted with Friday night's 10-6 British and Irish Cup win in Munster.
Pirates had to contend with a strong wind which affected their kicking, before securing victory with a late penalty try.
"The Rotherham performance last week was definitely two steps forward and this was another one on top of that," Stirling told 大象传媒 Radio Cornwall.
"The forward pack was superb and the defence was top shelf."
Stirling says that Friday's win will stand his side in good stead for this Sunday's upcoming top of the Championship table clash at second-placed Bristol.
"It's a fantastic outcome and, moving forward in the team's belief this season, it might be 10-6 on the scoreboard, but it's worth a lot more to the squad than that," said Stirling.
"It's been a long weekend, but it's been thoroughly worthwhile and, for what we got out of it as a squad and our development, the coaching staff couldn't have asked for more."
