C´óÏó´«Ã½ Digital Storytelling teamed up with the Horizon team to create this interactive project. We re-edited the original ´óÏó´«Ã½ programme, and used a piece of software called 'Interlude' to allow users to pick their favourite topics.

We wanted to give our audience the chance to enjoy the fantastic scientific content of a ´óÏó´«Ã½ Horizon, at different durations depending on how much time they had to spare.

Not everyone has the time or inclination to watch a full 60 minute documentary and interactive video allows you to choose how long you spend watching a specific topic or indeed lets you skip topics you're not interested in.

We want to find out from the Taster audience if being able to access ´óÏó´«Ã½ Horizon in different clip lengths makes it easier and more enjoyable to consume. If it's helpful to cut down full films into bite-sized chunks, this is something we may do again in the future.
