The stories
1. Persephone and Hades
Persephone is taken by Hades to the underworld. What will be the price for her return?
2. Orpheus and Eurydice
Orpheus can bring Eurydice home from the underworld...so long as he doesn't look back.
3. Theseus and the Minotaur
Theseus travels to the court of King Minos to fight the half-man, half-bull, Minotaur.
4. King Midas and the golden touch
King Midas is granted his wish for everything he touches to be turned to gold.
5. Perseus and the Gorgon Medusa
Perseus must fight Medusa, a snake-haired monster - a look and you'll be turned to stone.
6. Odysseus and the Trojan Horse
It seems the Trojan War will never end...until Odysseus concocts an unlikely plan.
7. Odysseus and the Cyclops
On their return from Troy Odysseus and his crew put ashore on the island of a Cyclops.
8. Odysseus and Penelope
Odysseus finally arrives home...to find Penelope, his wife, beset by suitors.
