The first of three dance sessions based on the movements of playground games.

1. Count, catch and hop!

The session begins and ends with 鈥榳intry weather鈥 actions, from getting dressed for the cold, to playing snowballs, to a sledging scene and becoming a melting snowman. There are also movements for well-known counting-out games, a spider-dance and some fun variations on hopping and skipping hopscotch patterns. The music is from Russia, Britain, France and Italy.
