Join Prince, the stationmaster's dog, for a whizz through the sumptuous English countryside as he travels in style down to the coast for a day at the seaside. There's time for a quick stroll on the front before he gets his paws on a first-class carriage seat for the journey home. Then there's a stick of rock to be shared with his son Junior.
Eridge, the station in East Sussex from which Prince starts his journey, has not run a service to Eastbourne since 1965. The station also formed part of what was known as the Cuckoo Line after a custom at Heathfield, one of the stops along its route, where a cuckoo was released every April to mark the onset of spring.
