Uruguay's Enzo Romano.

There was a commedia dell'arte theme running through concert 4. Uruguay's Enzo Romano studies theatrical clown techniques and presented us with an interesting selection of buffo characters. His most successful piece came from The Italian Straw Hat by Nino Rota in which old man begins to wonder if his pretty young wife is faithful to him. There was a touch of Albert Steptoe about his character. In the other roles, his own interpretation perhaps overtook the character the music projected but Enzo gave us some vivid performances.
