The ´óÏó´«Ã½ Cardiff Singer of the World competition consists of four concerts and a final, given with orchestra at St David's Hall, Cardiff.

Competitors can also compete in the Song Prize, with four recitals with piano in the New Theatre, Cardiff and a final at St David's Hall.

On the day between the finals, master classes are given by members of the jury.

Also taking place at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, 2.30-3.30pm, is a master class given by Dame Gwyneth Jones and leading laryngologist Professor Martin Birchall, as part of the Wellcome Trust 75th Anniversary celebrations.
