Christine Ohuruogu: It's not easy. It means having to do things you might not want to do. Having to listen to your coach and get told off, but you still listen (laughs).

It just takes a lot of dedication and commitment. These are the biggest qualities you need. When it's very hot and you're not at 100%, you've still got to come out and try and do your best no matter what. It takes a lot, but most importantly I think it takes passion to get you through and you have to enjoy what you do.

RYG: I think what most people are impressed by is that there's always a lovely smile with you. It really matters and really makes a difference. For those girls who look at you and say "She's that fit, she's that good," what advice would you give them to get there?

CO: It's very hard to actually pinpoint one thing I've done spot on, but I've grown up loving sport and grown up loving what I do. This means that when it does get a bit hard, and it does get a bit difficult, my passion's enough to pull me through.
