Arming for a fight

A ´óÏó´«Ã½ Network Africa investigation has found that people living in Kenya's Rift Valley are arming themselves ahead of general elections in 2012.

Since July this year, the ´óÏó´«Ã½ Network Africa's Wanyama wa Chebusiri has been looking into the issue.

His special report begins near Nakuru in The Rift Valley, the region worst affected by the post-election violence last year that claimed over 1300 lives.

Wanyama also sought the government view on developments in the Rift Valley.
