This was passed down from my grandfather. It was in memory of my grandmother's brother, Charles Hammond, who died in WWI when he was 17 - he was the only one killed that day in battalion. He belonged to the Malvern Royal Worcester Regiment. It's unusual to find a plaque with its envelope.
