Batmobile matchstick car

This toy car, which shoots matchsticks, was given to my son's father when he was a child on a kibbutz in the 1960s in New Israel, who tended to look towards America as an ideal. Batman was then a comic based in the USA. They relocated in Kent in 1996 bringing with them the toy car and a growing bit of history. My son played with it and it is now at home in a toybox waiting for the first grandchild. A car with a story from America to Israel to the garden of England
