This is an old knife. We're not sure what it was used for us - whether in combat or as a working implement.

this is a bayonet it would have been atatched to the underneath of the end of a gun im guessing ww2/ww1 it has a ridge down middle to make it easier to pull out of the person in close combat, the ring/hole that is pointing toward scabbard on knife handle is where it would have been atatched to the gun probably an m1 grand rifle or similar rifle. all the best regards Drew
