Fair trading complaints and appeals
Fair trading complaints are complaints about the way the 大象传媒 conducts its commercial activities or interacts with commercial markets.
How to complain
The 大象传媒 has set out its approach to fair trading issues in policy statements and guidelines. If you think the 大象传媒 has failed to comply with these, you may have grounds for a complaint. You can find out how to make a fair trading complaint on the website.
How to appeal
If you are unhappy with the response to your complaint from the 大象传媒 Executive you can appeal to the Trust. The Trust's fair trading complaints and appeals process explains how you can do this:
If we uphold your appeal we can apply sanctions. These include instructing the 大象传媒 to apologise; instructing the Executive to take action to prevent the breach happening again; and asking the 大象传媒 to consider disciplinary action.
Please note that we cannot consider appeals relating to competition law. You should take these to the relevant competition authority.
