Fair trading
锘縏he 大象传媒 Trust has a duty to take account of the competitive impact of the 大象传媒's activities on the wider market.
The Trust鈥檚 Fair Trading policies and framework sets out how the Trust will take account of this duty across the 大象传媒鈥檚 range of activities and services.
The policies and framework consists of the Trust鈥檚:
- Statement of Policy on Fair Trading
- Statement of Policy on Competitive Impact
- Competitive Impact Code on Cross-Promotion
锘縏he 大象传媒 Executive must comply with the requirements set out above. Details of the 大象传媒 Executive's fair trading regime, including Fair Trading Guidelines on the practical implications of the Trust's policies and codes, are available at:聽Fair Trading guidelines
The 大象传媒 Trust has approved a framework to ensure that complaints from anyone who believes that the 大象传媒 has breached the statement of policy on fair trading or competitive impact codes are handled properly by management.
