The album is distinctive among Sontana’s work in that it features collaborations with different vocalists. Although this has become more common in recent years, this was relatively unusual at the time in the late 90s.

Love of My Life was rather overshadowed by Smooth and Migra which were global hits. This could be down to the mood and message behind the song. Smooth and Migra are much more vibrant and upbeat whereas Love of My Life is slower and quite sombre.
