Who Got Fired : Kimberley Kreme Puff
Who Should Have Been Fired : Kimberley Kreme Puff

This is in regards to episode 5 of The Apprentice. I thought Kimberley was a rubbish manager and that Phillip's idea was beyond daft. What I don't get is why people are hard on Elaine. She voiced her concerns on the daft idea and at the end of the day, she was right and we all thought the pants idea was rubbish.

Everyone is now making her out to be a miserable person who likes to moan a lot. She was the only one that spoke up and I thought that Phillip was the one was was generating the constant negativity. Elaine is just misunderstood.

I'm trying really hard to root for Phillip because he looks like he has a lot of business sense but I just see a rottweiler.

Oh that must have hurt. To be told -There is nothing behind the facade! Poor Girl.

I wonder though how they switch. the Rotwieler was the first who said she was a great teamleader?!?!? Don't understand.

He cannot be the Apprentice because he is the typical male 'if your rub my back i rub yours' attitude in Business that has put us in this recession mess.
