I don't think the Cromptons are the culprits. I don't even think this bloke is as guility as the article makes him out to be. I'm sure there is more to the story. Even if it's not true I can see why Brandy would change her name. Once it's in the paper people believe it's true.

I think this was done more than one person. Like an after school round up or something...so I think she was partly part of it.. And her dad doesn't have anything to do with it.

I dont think its any of the "suspects".

I think it was christa who killed him, or possibly the WW who changed her.

We know that christas condition is recent, as she used to be a model straight A student.

We know WW cannot remember what they do when phased.

So based on my mad shot in the dark, I think it would be an interesting twist to have either christa as the killer or perhaps the WW who infected her (could it have been the same night?).

I personally don't think it's Crista because that is TOO recent for it to be full moon time and it's too early for it to be Brandy but I'm sticking with someone associated with her. The janitor seems to sound like a good idea because the janitor is always the last one out of the school so he could do it and get rid of the body after everyone had left and he could have gotten help with no-one knowing.

I agree a timeline would help out a lot then we could find "the really obvious" thing that we're missing

I don't know, I don't really think she killed him. I don't think Matt committed suicide either. He can't be a vampire, and werewolves are just normal humans, so he must just be very strong and violent. Maybe... Brandy hasn't SEEN Matt so she can't be a wolf. I wonder if Matt saw something he shouldn't have?

I agree with bluecow that it's none of the obvious suspects. I also wondered if it could have been Christa. Seems to me that Matt was following Christa about in episode one and not Brandy. Maybe he was following her and saw her transform. If she ate him there wouldn't be a body.
It could be an accident. Perhaps he fell down a well or something and that's why no-one has found a body. I wouldn't rule out suicide either. He could have jumped off a cliff and been swept out to sea.
I agree with Christa's opinion that Matt's comments can't be relied upon. He's never had friends before and likes the gang they've formed. I think he's scared he'll lose them if a body is found and he would do anything to put them off the scent.

Don't think Matt could be in a coma though as Teamwolf suggested. Surely his parents would know. Hey, you don't think it could be one of his parents do you?

Suicide is a bit of an opition I would think it's just a rather strange way to kill yourself

If Crista ate him then she would have probably thrown body parts up (as mentioned by Tully in series 1) so I would rule that one out

30 - Well in 'Fraiser' there was an actress in Hollywood who died like that due to a bad choice of pills. It was a suicide but made a mistake and ended up dying throwing up.

Not too sure if it's a real story and can't remember the name but never forgot the story.

Someone mentioned that the building in the background looked like the same one as the picture of the parents, I think it is and I think it might be the school?

About Matt drowning on the toilet, do we have any proof of that beyond Matt's word. If not, I don't believe Matt's word can be trusted. I don't think he really wants the mystery solved.
I think Matt's unsolved business could well just be acceptance and having friends. At the moment curiosity and a desire to be rid of Matt is fueling Christa and Adam rather than friendship.

But she does seem to be in deep deep denial and Mr Swan did say that she used to be a straight A student and now she's like all the other ASBOs in waiting which is implying that she is a new werewolf

or that the changes are quite recent

I think it was the Janitor because he's almost always in the pictures of the profiles.

from what i can tell is shes quite a spoiled girl who has a competitive nature, probaly used to having everything done for her, and all boys mooning over her, I am starting to wander if Matt's orginal murder on the orient express theory doesnt hold more importance, is it possible it is an Agatha Christy plot? im not a big fan but does anyone know if there is a similar story in one her books? I doubt it's the Janitor because as mentioned in Vexed 'it's always the guy mopping the floor in the background' far too obvious. He might be involved (as in the orient express idea) but he didn't do it. Maybe Matt was diabetic or otherwise adversely afflicted by his diet and that's really why he died but he conveniently forgot to tell Adam and Christa. Perhaps he lurched through the corridor on the way to the bogs crying out for help and the suspects saw him but didn't help then moved the body when they realized what had happened,

Jerry Crompton is a black belt, (ie not just a thug) are we looking at a "slayer" here?
Could it be that Brandy is trained to be, but reluctant to take on the role of a 'human' protector of the 'pure'?
As for the murder...

This thought just occured to me. What if it was Christa who Matt was watching in the changing rooms that day. After all the grate was right where she was changing and Brandy was all the way over the other side of the room. He just said yeah to letching after Brandy because Christa assumed that's who it would be and it was easier for Matt to just go along with it.

This might also explain why he was following Christa around the school rather than any one else.

Thoughts on Sundays episode Adam looks like he might be about to go all black eyed on Brandy but if it's close enough to the full moon will it be Christa to the rescue before he reaches Brandy?

Or will he manage to stop himself in time?

I sort of got the idea that ghost Matt following Christa was more of a clue too Gemento. The following Christa could have happened after he was kicked by black belt Brandy as liminto pointed out and puked in loo.

Another point about the janitor. Remember this is a school so the janitor appears EVERYWHERE, even at my school you one of the janitors just about everywhere you go and between every period there is one of them that you pass

I think its quite possible that its the janitor. Sure, 45 is right janitors are normally everywhere at school but these photos are staged. The janitor is there on purpose. Also, there have been 5 Profiles so far, the janitor as only appeared in two of themm which just so happens to be the two profiles of both the suspects. This would be quite a clear case that he is the killer. Remember, all these updates arnt suppose to be more information. They are suppose to be clues

As I doubtf Brandy is the killler I bet there will be another suspect. If the janitor is in the background of that persons profile than it will be very clear that he is the killer + Matt said his body was gone like 5 minutes later. In toilets sometimes there is a cleaner closet. His body could have been placed in something like this then removed after school hours and remember people it was 5 minutes after games which Christa mentioned was in the afternoon. I bet it was last period and the girls were getting chnaged into there normal clothes so I bet it was only like 20 minutes or something until the bell went.

hey... i like the idea that it could be the janitor and such... but i think it's wayyy too obvious, the placement of the janitor in the pictures could be set in place to take you off the 'scent' of the real killer. i dont think a wearwolf killed him either, because there would be blood where the body was placed, UNLESS is was an OCD wearwolf ofc.... also i'd like to point out that if say he was killed by a wearwolf and the janitor cleaned the blood, surly something would have been said to the head? and thus the police? no?

USED TO BE could be mean anything from 3 wks to 6 months (or more). In fact, if anything 3 wks is probably a bit on the short side time-wise to put her good academic record in the past tense. After only a few of weeks of letting things slide, teachers would still be at the stage of wondering if getting a few bad grades were simply a 'blip' that would right itself after whatever was probably temporarily bothering her resolved itself.
