Hot and sweaty and...
I hope...
... you like it.
First time blog still sweating from my work out. Bought a load of gym gear i.e machines, well three actually - as no time for actual gym anymore what with little you know who around. By no means nearly as effectice as the real deal but owt's better than nowt as they say.
Also have taken to wearing thermals to make me sweat more, not generally just when I'm working out. I have been told otherwise, but I like the fact it's all doing me more good the more I sweat.
The show is three years old tomorrow, actually it's on Saturday but as far as I know we're not on the air that day.
What a breeze it's been, it's by far the longest I've ever been in the same job - Foxy too by all accounts, it seems like only last week since we started. None of us can comprehend where all the time has gone. Has it really been that long ? I know when we started, a lot of people couldn't wait to get us off and I understand why - but to them thanks for giving us the benefit of the doubt - and for the rest of yous lot, thanks a bunch anyway.
It still all appears so fresh and shiny and new every day - don't what it sounds like but that's how it feels - ha ha. Here's hopin.'
My contract is safely locked away, along with my Zig and Zag original puppets, I love this job but you know that.
X.X.X.

P.S. It's that time of the week again. Friday is nearly upon us. And who gets to pick the first song of tomorrow's show? You do, that's who! Go ahead and tell us your All Request Friday suggestions below...

Confession time, I certainly haven't been listening to you for three years and to be perfectly honest didn't really like you on Radio 1 or TV, but I did used to tolerate you on TGIF.
However, and it's a big however. I have grown up now (well a bit anyway) and think you are super, smashing, great. In fact I couldn't tell you the last time I listened to Radio 1, why bother when Radio 2 is packed full of great entertaining programmes, presenters and FAB music.
You never fail to make me smile.
Keep up the good work and roll on the next three years and beyond.
