Still job hunting for 'proper' job here, but in the meantime decided today to apply for volunteer job one day a week. Working 2 jobs over 4 days so may as well give the other day over to better use than house stuff. It's the kind of job I'd really like to do for career, but not having much joy, so maybe this is the way..???

Anyway, hi BM and everyone else, been busy with Alfie walks, working, looking after the my 2 house guests....sorry meant partner and my teenanger daughter....and just started at the gym on Wednesday after a long long break...so not a lot of time for blogging or reading all the entries, seems to get busier every day.

Crispy duck pancakes
Salt & pepper squid with chilli
Beef in black bean with green peppers
Singapore Noodles with extra chilli
Plain chow mein
Keing prawn balls with curry sauce

Except half of it is still out in the kitchen for cold nibbling later after more wine!

Well, we had salt & pepper ribs, Deep fried chilli beef and beef and spring onion and ginger, flied lice and prawn crackers. No leftovers tonight, we were starving.
