So.... what REALLY happened when Steve Strange butchered my wig!

Hello Bloggerloggers.

Well. That was interesting. Firstly, i never wear a wig as i'm more than happy with my scalp. So the idea of putting a wig on and then getting some bloke to start cutting it is a bit odd. That's right - it must be celebrity scissorhands.

I went into the academy or "Aledemy" as i call it and had a "one to one" with Mr Strange. Hilariously he wasn't 100 per cent sure whether my red toupe was real at first. Then he kind of gave the game away by grabbing it off my head.


What they didn't show was our amazing conversation. I asked Steve all about the music biz and explained that mine and Dave's band - Folk Face - were ready to take it to the next level. I told him we'd played Glastonbury and he seemed interested. He said i should get an agent and i said - "ok". We then started talking about Steve's allergies - there are many apparently but - a bit like FutureProof from X factor - nobody knows what they are or where they come from. I think Steve liked me. I made him laugh a lot. Having said that i caught him looking at a comb and laughing at one point so this may not be a great benchmark.

As to the cut itself - i gave it 9 out of 10. Mainly cos steve was behind me with scissors and clippers. Aled's great in there - he's about the only one who looks like they knows what they're doing. I want him to get to the last two!!!

That's it from me - I'm off to Anfield for the Fulham game on Saturday - a birthday treat for me.
