"Hang on....that doesn't make sense!!!"
Hi everyone!
Think of a number between 1 and 10. Multiply that figure by 3. Add 40 and then halve it. Cook a risotto and then moonwalk through a large hallway.
All of this is easier to do than understanding the rules of "Comedy Dave's Euro 2008 sweepstake". 16 teams were in the hat - everyone had to put in £2 but then some had the chance of a picking a bonus team - which was fine except they actually had to pay another £2 to choose it. So - not really a bonus - more just choosing - and paying for - an extra team....
In the end I ended up with Germany and Sweden.
We worked out that the final winnings amount came to £27. This means there is a shortfall of £5 (16 teams x £2 a pop equals £32). The £5 shortfall we discovered will go directly to Dave for "administrative costs".
I don't think Dave is a natural for sweepstakes or organsing any type of gambling syndicate and I would venture that this may be the last time he's put in charge of an operation like this.
That said - Good luck Sweden and Germany.!!!!!
Right - off to see the Foo's tonight so if you're going see you there.
Have a great weekend
Dominic A Byrne.

I pay a monthly fee to Sirius to listen to the ´óÏó´«Ã½ online, so surely, as a paid subscriber, I should have access to all video content as well ?

And, its also copyright restrictions and whatnot, making it near on impossible to show copyrighted material without charging or using a hefty chunk of money to make it available for free.
