For Chris today is haircut day, he's then going to watch Big Brother tonight after having a run. He'll hit his 20mile run for the week tomorrow, then on Sunday it's roast dinner day!

Dom is going to the gym this afternoon, taking his son to the football and then going to the football tomorrow.

Dave is taking his daughter to her first ballet class and then looking forward to an end of the week takeaway

Carrie is going up north for another weekend of unpacking up north plus she has an anti-natal class.

Aled is getting as much sleep as possible before he goes up north to DJ at a University. (He's hoping someone turns up)

Rach is heading up north to see her friend Lynn and is going to have a great weekend!

Chris - is in his house today as he's got lots of jobs to sort out; he's done fifteen miles of running this week so may have a day off the training

Dave - is up to assorted schnizz today

Dom - is presenting the Oddbox today and then he's going home for a well-deserved kip

Carrie - is walking the dog, sleeping and then seeing her friend Beccy

Aled - is listening back to his hypnotism from this morning, then he's doing an interview for Welsh radio and then he's sleeping

Rach - is trying not to each chocolate, then she has yoga at lunchtime

Chris is going to do an interview for a TV documentary, he's then going home for a run. Chris has a dilemma tonight as he can't decide whether he should go out or stay in and watch CBB?

Dave has another meeting with Roy Walker in his imaginarium - he'll then be watching some football on the tv.

Dom is going to write the Oddbox today, he'll then watch Man Utd and Man City on the football.

Carrie has to sort out her mattress for her cot, Carrie's going to forgo the baby Yoga so that she can watch the football.

Rachel is going out for lunch with Carrie (if Carrie has remembered), she'll then be visiting her brother tonight.

Aled is going for a run at lunchtime and then attending playlist!

Chris - has a meeting with the team about Carrie replacements (although she's almost impossible to replace), then he's going to the gym for a work-out and then he's going home to chill

Dave - also has a meeting with the team, and then he has a script meeting with Roy Walker in his imaginarium

Dom - also has a meeting with the team, and then he's going home (but he doesn't have an imaginarium)

Rach - will be working hard as ever, then she'll be stretching out her calf muscles as she's walked over twenty miles over the past few days

Aled - is hoping to find a new photo of himself for the Body Image campaign kicking off next week

Carrie - won't be having a meeting with the team to find her replacement; she's up to assorted guff including trying to find some new curtains to replace the army-style ones in her house

Chris - has a voiceover to record, then Big Steve is coming over to his house with the table of pain, and then he has a meeting at ´óÏó´«Ã½ Television Centre. Tonight he might be going for a run, then he'll be sleeping.

Dave - will be working on his lyrics for Love Contract

Dom - will be presenting Newsbeat at lunchtime, then he has two boring meetings this afternoon, and then later on he'll be trying to improve on the rap for Love Contract he wrote this morning

Carrie - is off today doing baby stuff...don't worry, she's fine!

Rachel - has a hard day of work ahead of her in the office, then she'll be doing some exercise, and then she'll be watching Glee

Aled - will be stretching his glutes out as they're a bit tight, then catching up on some sleep before watching Glee

Chris has a couple of meetings and is going for a run this afternoon. He only has 4 miles to go until he reaches his 20 mile target. Then he's going out to undo all the good work he's done this week. Tomorrow he'll be watching " Super " Leeds United play Spurs.

Dave is spending the afternoon working out whether to go out or stay in tonight. Then he's going to the Everton match tomorrow.

Carrie is driving up north to her new house. She's seeing it for the very first time.

Aled is being thrown out of his flat by his flat mate, because he has a date, so will be looking for a sofa to lie on.

Dom is going to the gym this afternoon and then having chicken tikka jalfrezi for tea.

Rachel is looking forward a nice night in with Mally.

Chris - has a meeting this morning and this afternoon; somewhere in the middle he might have time for a little sleep or to watch a movie, but realistically it might not happen due to time constraints. Tonight he is going out for dinner with his girlfriend Sophie.

Dave - is (still) up to assorted guff, then he's going for lunch with Katy Perry*

Dom - is going to do some boring shopping and then he's going to get a Golden Hour track to Matt Fincham

Aled - is going to talk about Glee on the ´óÏó´«Ã½ News channel

Carrie - is going for a pedicure with Fabio Capello* then she's doing some packing as she's moved house recently

Rachel - has a brainstorm for the World Cup today about how Radio 1 is going to cover it, then tonight she's going for a 5 mile walk with her friend Caroline
