Comments

  • Comment number 1.

Will the next 8 witnesses be recipients of injunctions?
Are there any male recipients ? I assume most recipients are female.

  • Comment number 2.

It seems the witness was indignant that her name had been blazoned abroad by the press who had paid her for the priviledge and she has or has not had a second injunction served on her forbidding her to communicate about her liasons? Does she object to the press naming her or paying her?. Will her employment of Max Clifford prevent an automatic indictment for contempt?

  • Comment number 3.

Was Helen subject to a gagging injunction?
Who states there is a privacy injunction still active?
Will Max get more for her breaches of this order?
How will she purge her contempt?
Will the tax payers be able to claw back from her Press payments or her media book payments if she is imprisoned for contempt?

  • Comment number 4.

now there is a problem showing Max Mosley Comments
Will it enhance the money making ability if an escort or publicity hungry TV Big Brother Contributor if they threaten the press with injunctions.?
I fail to understand what Mosley or Helen Woods could not have achieved through the courts and the law of libel
