Alice In Wonderland - More Concept Art

Post categories:

WhiteQueen.jpgWe've only gone and got hold of some more concept art from Tim Burton's Alice In Wonderland which is out on the 5th March. If you missed the last lot, have a look here. Otherwise feast your eyes on this.

First up it's The Bandersnatch. A digusting, drooling, foul-smelling creature with a big filthy body. The concept art is the first image, and the final film frame is the second.

Bayard The Bloodhound is voiced by Timothy Spall and is an unwilling accomplice to the Red Queen's forces.

Tweedledee & Tweedledum are voiced by Matt Lucas and are rotund twin brothers who constantly disagree with each other and whose confusing chatter makes little sense to anyone but them.

"I imagine them as naughty Victorian children, with their hand in the honey jar," says Lucas. "And so I have made them quite child-like, which does come naturally to me, because I'm a big kid anyway."

I think this will be a particularly bizzare Baz Lurman style take on Alice in wonderland. Still looking forward to seeing it.
