Performing is in Steph's blood - in fact she says she started singing in the womb! Her mother is Baby D who had a hit with 90s sensation "Let Me Be Your Fantasy", and her dad was in an '80s band called Galaxy - and she says that she's learned an amazing work ethic from her hard-working parents. They show her amazing support as she makes her way into the industry. She has two sisters and a brother, and is half Jamaican and half Maltese.
She has performed in front of audiences in college productions of Rent, and A Midsummer Night's Dream and professional productions of Whistle Down the Wind, Wind in the Willows and Little Shop of Horrors. She has also appeared on TV with parts in Channel 4's teen drama As If, CITV's My Parent's Are Aliens, and Casualty on two occasions.
Steph couldn't pass the opportunity of auditioning for Dorothy after being a massive fan of previous series. She says she would be a streetwise Dorothy, and would balance her attitude with her vulnerability.
After opening the show with Together Wherever We Go it was time for Steph's solo song, Rule The World. She went head to head in the Duet Duel with Sophie and got drenched during the last mash up of the series.
When The Result was announced Steph found herself in The Sing Off. As The Lord saved Lauren it was time for Steph to hand back her slippers and say Goodbye to her Dorothy dream.
After finding herself in the sing off last week and being saved by The Lord, Steph tried to turn things around with her performance of Somewhere from the musical West Side Story.

In the Sunday show the Dorothys mashed up songs from Fiddler On The Roof, Gwen Stefani and Black Eyed Peas with Matchmaker, To Life, Rich Girl and I Gotta Feeling. The Dorothys also got paired up with one the Top five Totos.
Steph got off to a good start with her version of Diamonds Are A Girls Best Friend but her luck was about to change.
She gave it her all in the group performance of The Happening and the mash up of Well, Did You Evah, Get The Party Started and Wild Thang.
It wasn't enough and she found herself in the sing off with Stephanie and had to perform again. Luckily when the results were announced The Lord saved her so it was Stephanie that had to fly away on a giant moon singing Over The Rainbow.Praised for her acting, singing and dancing talent by the Panel, Steph aimed to impress them once again, with her version of The Kings of Leon's Use Somebody.
Group performances this week started with the Dorothys opening the show with a unique version of The Tinman's If I Only Had A Heart, from The Wizard of Oz. Sophie, Jessica, Danielle and Steph performed Oklahoma from the musical of the same name. Charlotte performed Enough is Enough (No More Tears) with the Dorothys and then they mashed up Lady Gaga and Fred Astaire with A Fine Romance, Bad Romance Just Dance and Paparazzi.
Steph managed to wow the panel last week having found herself in the sing off the week before. This week she took to the stage with her version of Out Here On My Own.
Steph found herself in the sing off last week with Amy. The Lord saved her and she is back to show them why with her version of It's Oh So Quiet.
The Dorothys got together this week for The Wizard of Oz classic, Ding Dong The Witch Is Dead, Judy Garland's Get Happy, Can't Stop The Beat from Hairspray and a mash up of Money and Madonna's Material Girl.
Steph took to the stage for the first time as a solo Dorothy with her rendition of Michael Jackson's I Just Can't Stop Loving You.
All the Dorothys came together for Merry Old Land of Oz and a mash up of Anything You Can Do and Broken Heels.
