Days of Creation
The partnership of Edward Burne-Jones and William Morris produced some stunning examples of stained glass; they had both studied theology, and the windows they produced combined the freshness of the Arts and Crafts movement with a desire to produce religious imagery for modern environments. The windows were commissioned as a memorial to an undergraduate of Brasenose College, Godfrey William Liddell Arlosh, with funds supplied by his parents.
