But I used to go to Collins, sweet shop. I used to queue there for sweets, there weren’t many, but there were Mint Imperials, and also flavouring for the puddings, because we had carrageen moss,
I………. That’s right, it used to set, didn’t it, the milk.
Evelyn Bryce But it had no flavour, so….
I………. I used to like it
Evelyn Bryce Well, yes, but? The carrageen moss? Without flavouring?
I………. Well I suppose there was something else put to it, but I always thought it was just the carrageen moss, me.
Evelyn Bryce Well I used to go and queue, and get some of that carrageen moss for the pudding, because we had a neighbour who used to deliver the milk, and it was half a pint of skimmed milk, and if she had some over, after delivering, then we’d have it, so we’d use that,
